Growing up in Miami, Captain Dale has been perfecting his fishing skills as a fisherman since early childhood. He has fished professionally from Florida to Alaska, Cabo San Lucas to Australia, finally settling in Kona Hawaii.

Captain Dale Leverone has run Sea Strike for more than 25 years. He holds several State records as well as world records. As the owner/ operator of the Sea Strike, he has won many tournaments including the prestigious Hawaiian International Billfish Tournament (HIBT). He has also won the HIBT Pro Am back to back. Captain Dale Leverone and the charter boat Sea Strike have been featured on "Lets Go Fishing", "ESPN", and in "Marlin Magazine", "Saltwater Sportsman", "Hawaii Fishing News" and many more.

1st mate Jack Leverone is growing up in the Kona fishing world. He loves to fish, and the Leverones love to share this experience with other families wanting to introduce this experience to their children. Captain Dale, along with his son Jack, make a great team and look forward to getting you out for a day of fishing. We will do everything we can to show you a great time.

Captain Dale also enjoys bottom fishing. There are alot of interesting creatures in the deep, including this oilfish, also known as walu, pictured at right.
